Booting Windows

Hi, I am totally new to hackintas.I have read the instructon for the yosemite hackintash and I ahm really excited about it but the only thing that I dont kbow is what will happen afte the tutorial will I be able to open windows ahain and how?

It depends on how Windows is installed (UEFI or legacy) and which bootloader you plan to use (Clover or Chameleon/Chimera).
