Booting issues Asus Prime Z370 A

Hey, i am a total noob to all this, when I boot through the install usb it works but everytime I try through my hard drive it just loads until ...(see in the picture)

also I have a problem with the graphics it just shows 7mb? I have Intel UHD Graphics 630 in the i7 8700
And Usb3 is not working.

I also have no idea with the Efi just copied some other guys, with the same mainboard...there is my config.plist file

Copy the EFI folder of your usb installer drive to the desktop, now mount the EFI partition of your hard drive, find and delete the EFI folder that is currently on the hard drive and replace it with the one you copied from the usb drive - Now reboot and you should be able to boot without the aid of the usb drive.
 
Everytime when I boot from the usb it takes long and I get this 2 screens (see pictures) before clover shows, I think there is something wrong with that efi too, should I change something there? Shall I post efi or config list of usb?

do you know anything about the graphics\usb3 problem?

Did what you said...now nothing works anymore...see picture
