Bootable Clone

What are you guys using? Carbon Copy Cloner? If so how do you do it? I repair Permissions and then just backup as an image to another drive and if anything goes wrong I can use the iBoot CD to boot into my Back up drive? Then use Multibeast to install what I need? Any settings I need to use in CCC?

I use disk utility restore, as it clones bit for bit, rather than file based cloning. Tends to be a little more reliable IMO.
