Boot0 error after installing. Has anyone got the error and fixed it in ML?

I can install ML no problem but for some reason when I reboot I get a boot0 error. I've did a lot of searching and none of the cmd's I've seen have worked.

I'm running it off of a 1TB Seagate Barracuda drive.

some reason I can't use the USB to boot the mac drive either. It works fine before using Multibeast
