So after the tut has been completed ive gone to reboot after installing combo update and multibeast but only to see this error message when trying to reboot:
Code:
boot0: GPT
boot0: test
boot0: test
boot0: GPT
boot0: test
boot0: test
boot0: error
What can I do to overcome this?
Thanks.

EDIT: When then trying to boot from the iboot disk, it hangs on the white screen with the apple logo and spinning timer underneath. To get back on the system I have to reinstall snow leopard.

Ive tried iboot with my osx with no luck, just the hanging apple logo.
Currently trying out using a smaller (20gb) partition for the OS hopefulyy fixing the issue.
Thanks for your help!

What make and model hard drive? Advanced format? WD "green"? Known problems with this type of hard drive, no matter what size.

Hey guys I'm having the same errors with my Hack.
I think I might know what is causing the issue but I'm not sure of how to fix it. I believe that the DSDT isn't working properly with my build or I just happen to be messing something up when it comes to that step.

here are my parts Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3, a Seagate Barracuda 1T harddrive (one for Mac one for Windows) and Intel i7 2600.

Anyone here think that maybe that was the issue?
