Boot options

I just installed win10 and sierra with multibeast on separate drives on my gigabyte motherboard. Sierra is installed on Samsung ssd.
Should I Choose UEFI OS (P4 Samsung…) or UEFI SAmsung… or P4 Samsung as a first boot option to get into clover?

Which ever drive has the Clover UEFI boot folder (EFI) on it, is the correct boot drive to select.

As the PC will be looking for clover EFI Folder.
