Boot loop issue

My mother board doesn't have a Nvidia card, but the Intel 4600HD integrated graphics card so I am not sure. Is there something else that could be causing it?

Do you have the graphics settings in clover device ID 0x04128086, and ig platform ID 0x0D220003, and inject Intel = yes?

I watched the video to boot arg and remove the alcbeta flag

So I have tried that unless I did it wrong. I went into clover options and under boot arguments just deleted everything there. Unless I'm not saving it correctly, even when I do that it still does the same boot issue.

Lilu kext, apple alc kext, and vanilla apple hda installed to L/E. I then in clover put inject layout 11 and reset apple hda .

I was able to get out of the boot loop by taking out my Nvidia GT+240 card and using the native Intel display. I'm now up and running with Mojave. Since we both had the same error issues on boot, I would look somewhere in your graphics area. I had Nvidia checked off but I deleted it on boot. I know you said you were running native intel graphics. I'm not that knowledgeable about hackintosh installs, so don't know what else to suggest.
