I bought this card on eBay a few months ago, have had bluetooth since before the summer.
Yesterday while i was watching a video on youtube i saw that my keyboard and mouse had lost connection, since then, upon every restart the computer has been saying "bluetooth not available" top icon gives no menu anymore.

This is really a head scratcher because i didn't change anything anywhere, just regular internet use... what could be causing this and how do i fix it ?

Could well be USB related.
Before doing anything else :
Shutdown.
Disconnect the mains power lead
Press and hold the ON button for 30 secs
Reconnect mains power lead
Switch on and test
