Please fill out your profile with system being your motherboard. This will help other in assisting you. What connection are you using to the monitor, cable, port?

I'm using the dvi output and then convert it to vga

That will be your problem, its a graphics issue. If you have access to a monitor/TV that has a DVI or HDMI connection it will get you to the installer. VGA isn't supported within OS X. You might get lucky with the correct converter but it a shot in the dark.

I mean i'm plug the dvi in my Gpu and the vga in the monitor.
and I have updated my hardware info

I am now using a dvi d connection but still no luck

Try booting in safe mode, at the Chimera boot screen hit the space bar which will stop the installation, then type in -x -v and if its stalls post a picture.

I forgot to mention I use these bootflags: npci=2000 GraphicsEnabler=No -x -v

What motherboard are you using, as your system says Medion, you will need to set graphics boot priority for the discrete graphics, assumptions for the stall is that OS X is trying to install using the integrated graphics.
