Bluetooth devices not connecting on startup

Hi,

For about the last year my Apple BT keyboard and MS BT mouse have not connected when I cold boot my computer. They do eventually get paired and are OK until I have to turn off and restart my computer. I've searched around and not found any solid leads on fixes that work. It seems the pairing gets lost during restarts somehow. Thoughts?

Which Bluetooth solution are you using? Which model of TP-Link? Some USB Bluetooth Dongles have problems.
