Blueray player hardware/software

I am thinking of picking this up for my Hackintosh build but wanted to know if anyone has used it before and if so to what extent as well as what software you have used with it?

I use a Pioneer BDR-208DBK - http://www.amazon.com/Pioneer-Electronics-Internal-Burner-BDR-208DBK/dp/B00A4ZXE40/

Reads and burns bluray discs, does not interfere with sleep. Haven't tried watchng a Bluray movie as have no interest in them.

I think MacGo is the software for Bluray on OSX. I haven't used it myself.

Thanks for the reply but in looking for either a slimline slot blueray or external blueray. Any other suggestions?

Do you rip movies with the burner? Also what burning software do you use?

Having said that and if you are happy with the reviews given but you find something that you do not like it is very easy to return goods to Amazon - much easier than some vendors.

Nice Drive but I'm looking for a USB 3.0 if i have to go external. Other wise I'm looking at this one for the inside of my case if i can make it work.
