Blinking cursor after installing clover

I followed the clover here -> http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-desktop-guides/144426-how-install-os-x-yosemite-using-clover.html and no matter what I do I get a blinking cursor. I've reinstalled 3 different times, same result. Most of the search results come up with people with this problem that are trying to duel boot windows and OS X. I am not trying to do that. Can someone help me? Thanks!

When you say you reinstalled 3 times do you mean a complete Yosemite or Clover reinstall? If it's Clover you've reinstalled 3 times are you installing to an EFI partition? It almost sounds like you converted from a Chimera install and you are not booting/selecting the UEFI boot option for your drive, and it is still booting from the Chimera bootloader and you are now encountering this problem:

In your BIOS selection choose the UEFI option for your drive if the above is true and you'll boot from Clover.
