Black screen on second screen using displayport HD 630 on Catalina

Recently got my graphics card working on Catalina but the DP won't output anything on my second monitor. The system detects both monitors just fine but that's it. I've changed the symbois to 19,1 and that seems to make it stable. I tried 14,1 to 18,3 and each one gave me either a green screen flicker or wouldn't detect the monitor. Only 19,1 detects it and doesn't give me screen flicker. I don't know how to proceed from here. Anyone know what I should do?

That's what I used to get my HD 630 up and running. It's working well with one monitor but struggles with two. Here's a pic of what happens with both screens attached. I thought changing it to 19,1 would allow me to have both detected with only one functioning monitor but after a while it starting acting up again. Is there a part of that guide I should focus my efforts on?
