Black screen after installing RX 580

I just installed a Sapphire Radeon 11265-05-20G PULSE RX 580 in my system and I’m unable to boot using HDMI or DisplayPort. I am running Catalina 10.15.4 and get a black screen after the Apple logo.

I did not have any graphics card before. I have disabled the integrated GPU in the BIOS. I thought the RX 580 was supported out of the box. Did I miss a step?

Looks like I was just missing the newly installed graphics card. Just updated the profile.

I have tried booting with my integrated graphics card and then installing the latest Lilu and WhateverGreen. That puts the system into a boot loop rather than the black screen. After the Apple logo, it just reboots. Anyone else running the same graphics card successfully. I tried updating to 10.15.6 but that did not work either.
