instal kext in the s/l/e,

As per FAQ, for 10.11.x and later, kexts are to be installed to /L/E, not /S/L/E.
Also according to dumped panic_logs, your laptop is crashing in the graphics drivers.
It is possible your HD4200 is not supported (it is relatively rare around here, as most hack laptops have HD4400 or HD4600).
