Black Apple Loading Screen - Gigabyte Z390M mATX

Morning everyone!

Currently doing my first hackintosh build (and build in general) and I was lucky enough to make it passed the clover boot screen. However, when the initial apple download screen comes up (the apple logo with the white bar underneath) it gets stuck there with little progress. For a time reference, I left that screen to load overnight to still no avail.

If anyone has any advice i'd be very much appreciative! Thanks y'all

Boot in verbose mode in order to capture diagnostic information.

With a 5700XT you must boot with agdpmod=pikera in conjunction with Lilu and WhateverGreen kexts.

Hey! Thanks for hitting me back so quick

do I begin the boot again then enter verbose? I'm not sure how to integrate Lilu and WhateverGreen, initiated my early morning google searches.

Update: I replaced the Lilu and WhateverGreen kexts via the github links in my EFI but it is to no avail still on fixing that boot screen. This is my first time getting Catalina on and is the first OS to touch my new system.

Anyone have any further advice? I’m stumped
