Child broke headphone socket on my Prodigy so changed my case to a coolermaster elite 120, can't get reply from bitfenix for help with purchasing new io board or part number to order new headphone socket (for self repair). I've tried 4 times now and had no reply in last 3 weeks. Support so poor I will not buy another Bitfenix case. Does anyone on here now where to get parts for repair, like farnell, maplin, rs components etc, I can't find the right shape part to do the job myself. Although a beautiful case with this kind of after sales I'd be taking it out of recommended builds - if it was up to me of course.

Contact them on Facebook they're usually pretty good with customer support

ta, just tried had to use better halfs account though as i dont use it.
