Bios time settings

First off, I want to thank the people on this site for all the help they have provided. I have been searching all over, and unless I am becoming thick, I cannot find the solution for this problem: after each reboot, the bios time is resets to UTC which in my case is UTC+5. I cannot use Facebook (where I first noticed this problem). I have originally install Yosemite and Facebook was working. I successfully upgrade to El Capitan 10.11.2. Everything is running to my liking, no problem whatsoever, except this bios time. There are many articles aboput bios time problem when dual booting with Windows, which is not my case. The only OS on my machine is El Capitan.

I have the exact same build as you, and with a fresh install of El Cap, am having the same issue with the time resetting as well.

Did you ever find a solution?

No, I did not find a solution for this problem. It affects only one site, as far as I can tell, so not a priority. I keep searching but nothing as yet
