Big Sur Open Core 0.6.4 Gigabyte B75M-D3H, STUCK and blackscreen after Picker

Hi there,
I have trying to have a clean installation for Big Sur for this old desktop...

so I cleaned up the whole 100G Intel SSD and created the Open Core 0.6.4 with Grib MAC OS.

but after the picker, it just shut down. see attached log.

Any insight or idea what went wrong?
