Big Sur Kernel Panic! (HP 800 G1 SFF)

I'm having a bit of trouble booting into big sur after installing from the recovery partition, and I'm not really sure what this kernel Panic means. any help appreciated.

when disabled it read - if you have an HP System, Enable this

the issue was that my USBInjectAll.kext was listed in my config.plist but was missing from the next folder. removed it from my config file and installed smoothly

It's broken itself after I put my HDD with Catalina back in the system. persists after removing the HDD again. same kernel Panic as above

something else I noticed is that I'm getting 240s kernelmanagerd stalls relating to my chipsets pci id

after yet another install. it broke after a restart with the exact same kernel Panic. guess I'm waiting until release
