Big Sur installation stucks, ASRock Z370 Pro 4 / i3-8100 / RX 560

Hello,

I've been trying to upgrade my Hackintosh, currently running Catalina 10.15.7 and Clover 5119, to Big Sur for a few days now (using Open Core 0.6.4).


I have read the Dortania guide and troubleshooting several times, but haven't found any idea that got me further. Therefore I'm still stucking on the message "SMCSuperIO ssio:0 starting up Super-IO".


I have attached a screenshot showing the message, the OC log and my EFI here.

Any idea is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have z370 extreme. Here is my EFI if it helps. Booting fine except I need to get this pink tint off one screen.
