I think it’s a severe missconfiguration of the config.plist file. OpenCore version?

Also check that config.plist is in /EFI/OC as it should.

@fredericz
In the Kexts folder you have some incompatible ones:
  • FakeSMC is accompanied by FakeSMC_ACPISensors, FakeSMC_CPUSensors, FakeSMC_GPUSensors and FakeSMC_LPCSensors.
  • VirtualSMC is accompanied by SMCProcessor and SMCSuperIO.
You cannot use FakeSMC and VirtualSMC at the same time. You must only use one of them, never both. You have to delete FakeSMC, FakeSMC_ACPISensors, FakeSMC_CPUSensors, FakeSMC_GPUSensors and FakeSMC_LPCSensors and leave VirtualSMC, SMCProcessor and SMCSuperIO. Or viceversa. This is the first major change.

USBInjectAll interferes with USBMap, use one or the other but not both together. I recommend you to remove USBInjectAll and leave USBMap.

The EFI / APPLE folder can be removed.

Try these changes and comment.
