Best way to get Windows-like Mouse Acceleration?

So im running the Microsoft Optical Mouse and cannot deal with the OSx mouse acceleration curve. Ive tried installing the Microsoft Intellipoint driver but it didnt make a noticeable difference. Ive also tried to use ControllerMate but cant figure out how to get it to work.

Any suggestions?

USBOverdrive is nice as well. Shareware, but worth the registration. You can even setup app specific stuff, so you can get your mouse back/forward buttons in browsers. (There may be a way to do that without the software, but I stopped looking after installing USBOverdrive.) I found just disabling acceleration in USBO and running about 75% on the speed was very windows like.
