best video editing build for $1000?

hey guys, looking to build my first hackintosh. Planning to use this mainly as a machine to edit on, only problem is that I'm not really sure what to look for. If anyone could link me to any recommended builds that would be great, I just honestly have no idea what I should be looking for.

I understand that there are those reccomended builds, this isnt my first day on the site. However, I'm wondering whether or not I should be focusing on either more ran, a better CPU, or gpu for when it comes to editing.

What editing program(s) are you going to be using? Adobe Premiere or FCPX???

We need more details then just a video machine.

Then, your best bet is using CUDA cards. 5xx card, 16GB or 32GB RAM, SSD (OS X) 2 hdds for data backup and media, 2700K, 1155 Gigabyte mobo, Hyper212+ or Noctua N14 (watch for tall heatsink RAM, buy low profile RAM) and a quiet case Fractal R3 or P183.
