Best OOB Mini-ITX motherboard (for 9900K)

I'm in the process of shopping for parts for a new Mini ITX build with a 9900K.

Can anyone reccomend me the best Mini ITX board to use with this chip with mimimal hassle during the setup?

No, Z390 is anything but OOB right now. Read some of the Z390 threads here to learn why.
You need to adjust your expectations. Apple has yet to sell anything with the Z390 chipset or a 9th gen CPU.
Can it be done ? Yes, but not without some degree of "hassle."

Those would probably be a better choice right now. Check User Builds for some guides that have that combo.
