Best alternative SMBIOS for X58 MacPro 5,1 for Catalina

My system has happily been posing as a MacPro 5,1 up to and including an almost perfect MacOS Mojave 10.14.6. Here comes Catalina and it's apparently a no go! What is the next best SMBIOS to use given my stats:

Legacy Gigabyte GA EX58 UD3R, Xeon 5650(4Ghz), Nvidia 760 GTX (Native support).

Unless you have some urgent need to run MacOS Catalina now, I would recommend staying away from it for some time for Apple to fix the inevitable (serious?) bugs that will occur in the original release, especially since you have a working MacOS Mojave 10.14.6 installation.

Back to your question, how about MacPro6,1?
