BEFORE I BEGIN...... (Noob here)

OK so in the next day or 2 i'll start on my first hackintosh ever... my hardware is as follows:
i7-2600k
Gigabyt z68 (ill update the specific model when i get home)
16gb RAM (starting with 4 at install)
1TB WD hd.

My question is.. i only have one of those USB/wireless keyboard and mouse...
AND..
I have my monitor connected via a HDMI cable...
Can i proceede with installing OS X snow lepard like this? of should y buy a wired keyboard and mouse for the installation?

also... i do not have a grafix card in it yet.. im running the HD300 in the i7 chip.. is this ok? or will it give me problems when im going thru the OS install?
