Hi megasis,

going on with the HDMI-output, additional information:

If your screen output is distorted try to put these entries in your \Extra\org.chameleon.boot.plist:

<key>Graphics Mode</key>
<string>1920x1080x32</string>

In the moment you have a distorted screen, you can also try to plug off the hdmi-cable of your monitor and plug-in again, you don´t need to switch off the monitor. Helped me ...

Good luck !

I use dual monitor DVI+HDMI, during booting the DVI moitor starts distorted i use this stirng ,Works perfect now
Code:
<key>device-properties</key> <string>7f0000000100000001000000730000000200000002 010c00d041030a000000000101060000027fff04002c000000 4100410050004c002c00690067002d0070006c006100740066 006f0072006d002d0069006400000008000000050062011400 00006800640061002d0067006600780000000d0000006f6e62 6f6172642d31</string>

Thanks for this thread, it helped me to get my first Hackintosh up and running. Sorry to drag it up, but I'm using the same motherboard, but with an i3 CPU and Intel HD4000 graphics.

Everything seems to be working except audio and networking. I selected Realtek ALC8xx in Multibeast but it didn't seem to work, no audio devices are found. I also can't find the right networking driver for the Realtek GbE LAN chip, the options in multibeast are Realtek Lnx2Mac or AppleRTL8169.

Screen animations are also glitchy and stuttery. Using the DVI port at the moment.

Any tips? Thanks!

Hi snapdragonx,

the original network driver runs perfectly, took that version:

MacOS 10.7 on Intel-based Mac computer 2.0.6 2011/9/29 147k

You can find the driver over here:

http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads...d=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

HD4000-graphics: you can build your own dsdt-file with the dsdt-editor in conjunction with patches that allows you to have sound over hdmi. It works great.

With the ALCxxx-Sound, I am sorry I have no experience ... sorry. I use HDMI-sound. Perhaps you can find informations in this board when you use the search tool with the keywords Moarfish and B75M-D3H.

Best regards, Kai

I used this thread to get my hackintsoh up and running using the newest unibeast and mutibeast and the kextbeast thingy. Everything seems real cool and running really fast with an i5 processor Ivy Bridge.

Just cant get sound to work yet, should I reused multibeast again for the audio stuff and also redo the permission at the same time or reboot and then repair permissions with multibeast?

I have a very powerful machine now thanks to you guys here at the fourmn. This MOBO and hardware will be going into my old sawtooth G4.

Thanks
-Scott

I used this board as well after reading this thread as well as moarfish. It is a rev 1.1 board, not sure what bios it is.

intel g2120
using an msi 210 gpu
4gb of kingston hyper blu
unibeast 10.8.4

I followed moarfish's multibeast install and everything works, I literally had a stable/useable install within an hour. Didn't have to reinstall or anything. But i have only been using it for a day or so. Occasionally the audio pops, but that might be the really old speakers!

HI guys, my customac has been running great since it was built about 3 weeks ago. But today I was surfing the next when it locked up, I think it was just the finder that locked up. I shut it off and restarted it and now it says

boot0: GPT
boot0: trest
boot0: test
boot0: done
boot1: error

I have no idea whats going on, I have downloaded things and loaded things on to this drive and I really don't want to start over.

I have tried putting my USB drive that I created unibeast / ML with. I get this error? I have not used this usb drive since I loaded ML onto the machine.

EBIOS read error: Media error

What the heck is going on?

well i guess its my hard drive cause when I unplugged it the unibeast usb drive now works, is there anything I can do to get this drive working again? Its a brand new 1tb sata drive. I have a lot of stuff downloaded on it anyway to save it. Its all one big partion.

Can I delete the onboard audio Kext without destroying my system? I think it might be causing issues / artifacts with my MOTU PCIe-424 card. I just wanna use the 424 for the only audio.

What do you think?

Hi saxmonster,
what you can do is renaming the kext-file to a .bak-file. If there are problems you could use a bootable unix-usb-stick or Paragon-Boot-CDROM to rename to the old name. Try to build up a workable infrastructure before (!) you do that. Or do an image of the complete harddisk first.

Best regards,
Kai
