Be careful Sonoma 14.1.2 update bricked my ASUS motherboard

I can confirm it was the mobo. I replaced the mobo and all of the other components work. Something about that update bricked my mobo.

You think this applies to all ASUS Z390 mobo's? I still have an "Asus ROG Strix Z390E Gaming" Motherboard that I upgraded to a few years ago. Did you start with a regular 14.0 installation and then do the update via the OS?

Trying to avoid an unnecessary headache if I can help it. Maybe I need to go one version older
