bcm94360cd not working in el capitan

this card wont work. wdn4800 worked. I heard bcm94360 has native support but apparently it doesnt. what do i do now? i need bluetooth for my keyboard and mouse

First, make sure you have full USB functionality. Often in El Capitan some USB ports don't work, and Bluetooth half-mini cards require a Bluetooth port, so USB problem can cause Bluetooth to not work. You can look in About This Mac / System Report / USB and see if the Bluetooth device is listed.
