In this ioreg, there is no bluetooth device on the USB bus.

I can see you do not have the correct DSDT patches for using AppleUSBXHCI.kext. If your bluetooth device is connected to the XHC controller and it is not working (due to lack of patches) that could be the issue.

Like I said, your DSDT is not patched correctly for USB3. You should resolve all potential USB issues.

Note: Your Clover build is very old (2695).

I think you have some sort of USB problem, likely due to incorrect/incomplete DSDT patches. So far, no files you've sent had patched DSDT according to the guide... So you might do the research and read it carefully.
