I have broadcom BCM94322HM8L
It was working great until I accidentally launched network diagnostics(I thought it was wifi problem turns out internet bill was not paid) after that it stopped working

I have HP Probook 4540s mojave 10.14.1

Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.
