BCM43162 Compatability?

Hi. I have a Lenovo laptop with a BCM43162 wifi chip in it and was wondering if it is compatible OS X El Capitan. If it is could you tell me where to get kexts and install them to make it work. If this wifi chip is not compatible is there any usb wifi dongle that would work?
