battery icon gone after update 10.8.3

after upgrading my hp probook 4430s the battery icon from finder is gone. i tried applying the dsdt again and checking the icon menu bar again in system preferences. no success, does anyone experience that? how do i fix that?

I'm sorry for the post, fixed. AppleSmartBatteryManager.kext had to be reinstalled after update
