Back to the drawing board for Multibeast on 10.10.2

So I downloaded the latest (10.10.2) OSX installer from app store yesterday as the update was bricking my installation. I created a new installation usb stick and went through the installation as normal. Then when I run Multibeast and use exactly the same settings as before, OSX won't boot. Either from Chimera or the usb stick. I'll have a better look at it tomorrow to try and pin down what exactly it is that is causing the problem.

Okay, so it seems that including the following lines in org.chameleon.Boot.plist to enable hdmi audio is causing my bootup to fail:

<string>Yes</string>
<key>HDEFLayoutID</key>
<string>03000000</string>

I'm not sure why this is as it is exactly the same org.chameleon.Boot.plist as the one in my previous build.

Anyone any idea why this would be happening?
