I recommend either of these cards as they work OOB. I get full 450 Mbps speeds with with my wireless router.

These are definitely worth the small 30-40 USD investment. Mine has always worked OOB with
every build I've done using multiple versions of OS X. There are no special kexts that have to be
installed for it to work with OS X. An all around great wireless card. Many times better than
buying less expensive USB dongles for wifi.
