As my mac mini (2007) is getting more and more issues (safari crashes, flash player/html5 lags...) I want to get a new system, a hackintosh with the specs written in the title.
My question is if everything will work well in the future and if the same system with 3770 and b75m-d3h would be slower.

I hope that your Mac Mini will hang on just a little longer for you to create a UniBeast flash drive with Mountain Lion to make your life a little easier. I have two of the original model from 2006, they are pretty slow by todays standards but have served me well. They both still work, but technology gets better as well.
The hardware that you list should work very well for a number of years - it will be as powerful as one of the better iMacs.

I cannot envisage any reason why any well built and maintained computer will not work well in the future. Using a 3770 and B75M-D3H would not make much difference in the speed, the real gains with Haswell are with the 'mobile' processors which can about double run time and also have better graphics - these are important things to consider when buying portable devices.

The desktop chips will use less power and have better graphics - but you have it plugged into the mains power supply and will be using a graphics card. Haswell is one year newer and although there is not any support from Apple today there will be in 10.8.5 and Mavericks (10.9). We will see 10.8.5 in the next week or so and Mavericks probably late October, perhaps November for release?

Edit - one last thing WD green and Blue drives are not good for putting OS X on, use a Hitachi or Seagate. Better still, just add a SSD for OS X and your apps and you can keep your data on the WD blue.

The Sandisk SSDs are in the buyers guide, but the Samsung 840's are good too.

What is a the problem with WD blue drives? As i read on the WD site, there is a possibility to make the drive 4k, but it is not already. I do not want to buy an SSD because they are too expensive for me. By the way: I think I am going to make three partitions (Win7, OSX, free space/Linux)

Thanks for your help!

WD blue and green drives run firmware which isn't ideal for using with the OS X boot loader. There is a common problem that can be overcome which is known as 'Boot0' error, this can be overcome : http://www.tonymacx86.com/25-boot0-error-official-guide.html
The design of these drives is better suited to data or backup drive rather than being used for a boot drive. If you already own this drive, then by all means give it a try but do remember the recommendation is to use either Seagate or Hitachi as the best option. Granted SSD's are quite expensive - but having used one - I have to say what a difference! I never see the dreaded beech ball.

If you intend triple booting from a single disc, then this thread might help - I did a quick search, the thing to remember is that all operating systems conflict to a degree especially when they are all in the same environment. They all want to be the dominant one, best do your research well here.

Dual Booting 'official guide' http://www.tonymacx86.com/multi-booting/96000-guide-dual-booting-mountain-lion-windows-8-a.html

You might want to consider opening a new thread on the best way to triple boot.

EDIT - Here is some triple booting info using search to have a look over, hope it all helps. http://www.tonymacx86.com/search.php?googleSearch=triple booting

As long as the boot0 error CAN be solved, it is not a big deal for me to do it as the guide says :D
Thanks for all your researches!
