Automatically Shuts Off! after hanging on Apple logo screen for a few min.

This is what I am getting. The computer boots normally then hangs on the apple logo screen and then just shuts off!! This Hackentosh was working with no problem for 2 years. No updates or anything new I can think of. In Verbose mode it gets to a certain point and then turns off. I posted pics below. I get a kernel panic in one of the reports. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Please Help!!!

Srry, i cant help. Thou I have a very similar problem. When I try to boot into the USB to install El Captain, it shows an apple logo, then shuts off. If I try verbose mode, i get about 2 lines of text that is like "OSXAptioDrvFix" (also a third line that is just +++++++++++++++++)
Again Im sorry that I cant help you, but instead of starting a new post, i would just post on this one.
