Audio is ok, but have weird sound at the first time playing

Hi everyone,
Need help with my speaker. My os is Sierra 10.12.3
I already have sound with my ALC887 after following cloverALC guide. But everytime my desktop power on, the first time any sound play, the speaker sounds "boop" before playing. I dont know that is normal or not.
Need advise about this. Thank you!
