Sorry but for someone who has never heard anything before about it it's quite ambiguous. for instance:
"Rename dsdt/HDAS to HDEF (Select one method)". I mean, it would be more useful a line of explanation on how to do it than simply that. It tells me nothing, and if I google for it I keep making mistakes.

Is it even correct to open my config.plist file from Clover configurator, step through the possible patches and select "Change HDAS to HDEF" or wrong again?

Wrong. The only correct solution for HDMI audio is install the ssdt.

It did this automatically as I rebooted my MAC after installation, no clue.

I'm attaching the files you required. IOReg is the same as yesterday so I avoid reuploading it. EFI/Clover/ACPI/patched contains nothing but the ssdt you made me install yesterday.
