get me to hear some audio from my 5450!
macOS does not natively support 100/200 Series audio.
Fix: see Post #1, Realtek ALC AppleHDA
Unsupported/Non-working Realtek ALC AppleHDA
  1. 100 Series/Intel High Definition Audio
Install the 100 Series ssdt, Restart.

I'm already in difficulty (how odd :D). At point one it says:
. Rename dsdt/HDAS to HDEF (Select one method)

At the end of the day I selected method one. The point 2 of method one says:

Disables HDEF/HDMI audio ssdts

do I need to do anything or is it automatic ( I mean, once I select Drivers > Audio > RealTek ALCxxx > 100 series audio, and build can I just restart) ?

No, to be clear MultiBeast/Clover disables HDEF/HDMI audio ssdts
2nd request, install
3. ssdt injection
1. Audio ID: 1

Download and install the ssdt, restart, reply with IOReg.

MultiBeast does not support HDMI audio

What did the script say?

Attached is a screenshot of the terminal output. It looks fine to me but I still have no hdmi audio. Any help would be great, thanks!

Then please tell me if I'm doing right:

for now I added to config.plist under ACPI/DSDT this piece of text (Patches section was missing) as pointed by this guide at point 6:

<key>Patches</key>
<array>
<dict>
<key>Comment</key>
<string>Rename HDAS to HDEF</string>
<key>Find</key>
<data>
SERBUw==
</data>
<key>Replace</key>
<data>
SERFRg==
</data>
</dict>
</array>

just in case I did something wrong I had a backup of config.plist on my desktop.

Now I should go to Multibeast and select Drivers > Audio > RealtekALCxxx > 100 Series Audio, and click build (right?).
Next I download from

Audio ID: 1, ssdt_hdef-1-100-hdas.zip and try somehow to install that stuff (I ain't never done it before), restart, Install Realtek ALC Audio. restart and then post IOReg log.
