Saw it, use it.

Booted now with it, I'm back in the previous situation without any audio device. Should I remove AppleHDA887.kext generated by audio_pikeralphaALC-120_v1.0d?

What to do now? I'd like not to deteriorate config.plist again.

Backup config.plist
Yes.
Run cloverHDMI as well.
Reply with new files.

You're great. I now have HDMI audio unfortunately without volume control, I suppose it should be set from monitor...
Or do I need to post new files to solve this problem?

P.S.: I'm trying to learn something, not only solve my problems so thank you again.

Was working but stopped working. No HDMI Audio
What did you change?
Audio ID: 3 is only for HD3000/HD4000, set config.plist/Devices/Audio/Inject/1
Set config.plist/ACPI/DSDT/Fixes/AddHDMI_8000000/NO
Restart, reply with new files.

Wow - you just fixed my problem. I don't recall ever making those changes, but I did install a Broadcom M.2 chip to get my wifi and bluetooth working and added some kexts for them to work so maybe that caused the change? Appreciate the quick response and Thank you!

That is the reason, remove Voodoo. Reply with new files.
Uhm... I deleted Voodoo and ran cloverHDMI.command tool, rebooted and now no audio at all (not even internal).
In Sound panel under system preferences I now see no devices.
