ATI 6670 was working on Yosemite but black screen on El Captain

Please help!
1. Firstly - everything was working with Yosemite. Decided to install El Captain (format system and install)
2. Couldn't install El Captain because during installation progress appeared black screen. Only Solution was removing AMD6000Controller.kext from System/Library/Extensions (installer USB).
3. System installed correctly, BUT not loads - while loading progress appears black screen AGAIN.
(any combinations of below boot args not helped - black screen appears during loading:
GraphicsEnabler = NO/YES -v -x PCIRootUID=0/1)

Configuration:

CPU i7-3770 3.40 Ghz
GA-B75-D3V
ATI 6670
Mem 10 Gb
SSD 480GB
Bios 10/23/2013
Bios Version F9
Bios ID: 8A01AG0N (BIOS Parameters set as described in installation guid. And everything was working with Yosemite)

Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you

GraphicsEnabler = NO/YES is for the Chimera boot loader - Not valid in Clover.

Boot in verbose mode and post a picture of the screen when it stops.

In verbose mode (-v) it ends with black screen (after some loading time and logging) I am not sure I can make a picture of last moment just before black screen appears.

Also I use Clover (I meant I tried both options GraphicsEnabler=YES and GraphicsEnabler=NO)

Yes, but you are wasting your time as they are not valid in Clover.

I have connected two monitors to ATI 6670 (2xDell2200). One by DVI and one by analog connector.

Also I use Intel Core i7-3770 3.4 Ghz

There is no support in OS X for VGA - Apple do not use it in their products.
