Hi Folks, was given a brand new Asus Z97-A mother board with Compatible Intel Xeon Chip, but given its age I wondering if its still able to run, and what would be the suitable boot config or anyone had a working EFI

Yes, you can use it. Add a supported AMD graphics card like your RX 570.

My own hardware hasn't changed, to that already listed. So little surprised to get this response, especially as I was just asking a question about and old board that was compatible.

There are newer EFI's in the thread, with links at the bottom of the first post for a Ventura EFI.

You need to remember that the majority of Haswell systems lost native IGPU (HD4600 etc.) support with the release of Monterey, only the Haswell Mac mini retained native support. So you need to disable the IGPU when running Ventura, and use a SMBIOS for an iMacPro1,1 or MacPro7,1 when running Ventura or the latest macOS Beta (Sonoma).
