Try booting with -v -f -x cpus=1 PCIRootUID=1 nv_disable=1 npci=0x2000.

Make sure Serial Port is disabled in the BIOS.

I have that disabled along with vt-d, secure boot, and fast-boot. I have xhci and ehci enabled. When I disable LAN in bios it goes to the language choice menu but it freezes and keyboard and mouse don't work. There is no setting for hpet.

Probably a problem with AppleHPET.
