Asus z87 Deluxe Quad - Notifications and widgets problem.

I installed Yosemite four times.
Everything's ok but in the widget and the notification center i can't edit or delete notifications. I don't see the "i" icon to change widgets or the "x" icon to delete notifications...

I also did other installation on other machines and there everything it's working..

I don't know how this is possible..

Anyone has an idea???
