Asus x99-e-10g ws, clover [ PCI Configuration begin ]

Please help me figure it out

I am trying to install 10.15.7 using Clover (no opencore developments)

but the process stops (with debug enabled) on the line
[ PCI Configuration begin ]

tried different flags in parameters

ncpi=0x3000
ncpi=0x2000
UseKernelCache=No
PCIRootUID=1

Does not help

if this can somehow help, then here is the download log

(in general, the rx560 card is used, but the log was removed from the gtx610, but the process stops at the same place)
