HI
I am in a desperate situation. I’m working in VFX post production currently in production but had a sever crash with my hack. Was doing back up then power shut down. System disk was dead. Impossible to boot again

A friend of mine managed to clone the disk and make a new install.

I assume the confplist as changed a bit and EFI too but the system is exactlly the same.

Bios was reseted (big mistake).

The disk know boot fine BUT NO MORE THUNDERBOLT

My station is build with asus X99 deluxe Cpu 5930k asus thunderbolt dual EXII gpu titan X OS X 10.10.5

I insist that before the crash thunderbolt was working fine.
It was a pain to make it work. And i really don’t remember how I did it :(

I just went back to windows to re install the driver.

The card shows up in windows, even managed to mount a hard drive

With this seetings in BIOS

Secutiry UNIQUE ID

Cache line 32

Evertyhing on even TBT IO RESSOURCE SUPPORT wich made appear this new line

RESERVE IO PER PHY SLOT 4

My card is on PCI PORT 5 and set like that in BIOS

With all that I remeber that if we want to make it work on OSX we had to change SECURITY LEVEL to LEGACY and cache line move from 32 to 128
Now when I do that. Osx refuse to launch
I have this error message (cf image)
Did mutlitple try with different bios settings. Nothing work.

I need my thunderbolt back, all my files are on pegasus tower.

I really don’t understand why it’s not working anymore. I know my install was not done with tonymac tools, but i really need some help.

Best regards

Jay

By the way I'm French and don't speak and write english so well, hope I made myself clear enough.

Try with OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi instead of OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi in EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI.
