You must enter in safe mode and install graphics 4800 driver from multibeast.
Or detele the content of itunes (this worked for me)

try booting with flag -x -v

I would like to, but I can't access multibeast since I can't even install Mavericks.
I'm stuck at booting the USB installer and safe mode (-x) doesn't help.

try boot with npci=0x3000 or npci=0x2000

But first make sure you have the right settings in Bios.
Disable xhci and ehci; disable turbo boost technology
Profile 1 on memory; vt-d disabled; i think thats all.

You can do some search "bios settings" or something

I changed all the boot options (had not done turbo boost and ehci/xhci).
It booted with "-v nv_disable=1"

Thank you !

Now installing...

Nice! Have fun!

Well, it seems that all of my problems come from my GPU : GeForce GTX 970.
It seems that it is not Mavericks compatible.

And I'm stuck to Mavericks due to software compatibilities.
So it seems that the only way for me is to exchange the GTX 970 for a GTX 780 or something in the 7xx series ?

Go with the 740/760/770 for native OS X support. 750/750Ti/780 require nVidia drivers

Ok thank you !

For the moment I installed Yosemite using Clover and it's running ok.

I'm now struggling to make a bootable USB installer for Windows 7.

Windows download tool makes the best USB installer with least problems, but Windows machine is required.

The problem is that I only have a macbook pro and a hackintosh with Yosemite for the moment.
But I will borrow a PC from a friend because there is just no way to make a USB bootable Windows installer from a mac.
