Hello again!

I desperately wanted to fix the brightness on my hacktop as its killing the battery performance.
I tried to follow this guide throughly. But I end up nowhere.

pre-Haswell: "Brightness Fix (HD3000/HD4000)"
Haswell: "Brightness Fix (Haswell/Broadwell)"
Apply only the brightness patch that applies to your hardware. The patch must be applied to the the file (DSDT or SSDT) where the integrated graphics device is defined. Intel hardware is always at address 0x00020000. Searching for "Name (_ADR, 0x00020000)" is a way to find the device. It is commonly called GFX0, so searching for "Device (GFX0)" is also an effective search most of the time.

As I have a Skylake 6500U, I applied the Haswell patch. The integrated graphics was only defined in one file (DSDT). None of the SSDTs had any mention of the integrated graphics.
So, as per the guide, If I rename GFX0 to IGPU in DSDT and not in any of the SSDTs (Because none of them are patched) I cannot boot.
(Ive included the acpi extracts)
(Extracted using the patchmatic method)

ACPI guide: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-patching-laptop-dsdt-ssdts.152573/

Yes. Those were the guides I followed.
My integrated Graphics "Name (_ADR, 0x00020000)" was only found in DSDT.dsl
After renaming GFX0 to IGPU, and placing it under ACPI Patched, I got
Code:
ACPI Error: Method parse/execution failed [\_SB.PCI0.BAT-._BIX] (Node ffffff8023e29390), AE_BAD_PARAMETER (2014-828/psparse-270)

I didn't patch the SSDTs as the guid clearly asked to patch only the dos with "Name (_ADR, 0x00020000)"

As per guide, renames must be applied equally across all DSDT+SSDTs that reference the renamed symbol.

Please Tell me the Procedure for hackintosh.

Bro, how did you install in X556UR pc, I am getting plus signs while installing, can you share the plist and details about your pc? Thanks in advance.

Follow the Clover guide linked from the FAQ.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html

Although you should read the FAQ for an overview of issues, the Clover guide is linked from the first question: "Q. Where do I start?", just after the bold face "Clover Guide".
Here is a direct link, just to be clear:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

Also, your profile must be filled out with complete details as requested in the FAQ, again under "Q. Where do I start?". All seven details requested are equally important.

And if you have an issue (after following the guide), or on any other problem, you must provide a detailed description of the problem including information that helps us understand what you're doing. Always attach "Problem Reporting" files as per FAQ.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html
The required files and data are fully detailed in the last question in the FAQ:
"Q. What are typical "Problem Reporting" files?"
